FAWY FOundation and Ethiopic Technologies

ፍሥሐ  አጥላው ፋውንዴሽን  ( የፍሥሓ አጥላው ወልደዮሐንስ ኤንዴውሜንት ) 

በኢንጂኔር  ፍሥሓ አጥላው ወልደ ዮሐንስና   በቤተ ሰቡ  የተደራጀ ፤ በኢትዮጵያና በአሜሪካን መንግስት የተመዘገበ የግል የበጎ አድራጎት ድርጅት ነው ።   የድርጅቱ ዋና ዋና አላማዎች የሚከተሉት ናቸው ፤

• ተማሪዎችን የሚረዱን መርዳት ፡ ዝቅተኛ የኢኮኖሚ ደረጃ ላይ ከሚገኙ ቤተሰቦች ለሚመጡ ተማሪዎች ምግብና ፤  ለትምህርት ቤት የሚያስፈልጉ ቁሳቁሶች (ለምሳሌ እንደ ደብተር ፤ ዩኒፎርም የመሳሰሉ) ለመርዳት የተሰባስቡን  ማኅበራትን (ለምሳሌ አስተማሪዎች፤ የተማሪ ባልደረቦች ፤ የትምሄርት ቤት ክበቦች የመሳሰሉ) መርዳትና በገንዘብም  ሆነ በቆሳቁሶች ማገዝ ።
• ብቸኛ ወጣት እናቶችን የሚረዱን መርዳት ፡ በተለያዩ ምክንያቶች ፤ አባት ወይንም ረዳት ሳይኖራቸው ልጅ  የሚወልዱና ብቻቸውን የሚያሳድጉ እናቶችን እያሰባሰቡ የሚረዱ በማኅበር ወይንም በቤተ ሰብ የተደራጁን እርዳታ ሰጪዎች  በገንዘብም ሆነ በሚጎድላቸው ቁሳቁሶች መርዳት ና ማገዝ ።

The Fesseha Atlaw Foundation  / (Fesseha Atlaw Wolde Yohannes Endowment፡ FAWYE) is a non-profit  organization legally established in Ethiopia and the United States by  Engineer Fesseha Atlaw & his family. The objectives the organization  are as follows ፡

• Help support school age children in Ethiopia : Provide financial  and material support to any organized group that provide assistance to  economically disadvantaged school aged children (up-to 12th grade) with  daily meals and school supplies and required uniforms.
• Help support young single mothers in Ethiopia
• Provide financial and material support to any organized groups ,  religious institutions or Non governmental organizations (NGO’s) that  provide assistance to young single mothers with housing; meals; job  training; day-care etc
• To encourage and strengthen the use of Computer Technology in  EthiopiaI)- Organize a yearly country-wide contest to award prizes to  individuals who develop Ethiopic based Applications (Apps) that address  some day to day problems .
• II) “Endrias Fesseha Atlaw Advanced Computing Research Grant” ,  Based on recommendation for advisors or professors , to provide one time  grant or a scholarship on students engaged in doing research in the  following ares: Software/ Hardware Application to help alleviate  Ethiopia’s unique & pressing needs, such as the following systems :  HealthCare; Agriculture ; Management; Education; Economic and Commerce ;  Power Generation; management and conservation.
